2025 CSA Week 3

We hope that you all are doing well and enjoying the organically grown produce the last two weeks. The kids are now out of school, and are helping in the fields. It's wonderful that this is something we can teach them, and hopefully they will continue to use this knowledge their whole life!

Last week was finally dry enough to start planting out some of our summer crops in the field! We managed to plant out summer squash, tomatoes, peppers, okra, and late fall potatoes! Our spring crop potatoes are growing rapidly and we should have new potatoes in the next two weeks. Also, cucumbers and green beans will be harvested in the next week so look out for them on the website!
